From the moment my husband picked me up from the airport until we checked in, the hotel offered both pros and cons. The rooms were large, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, though a bit dusty in some areas and with an older design that lacked enough electrical outlets for charging gadgets. The service was particularly welcoming, and I deeply appreciated the waived late check-out fee and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was very good, close to places I needed to visit and offering a selection of quality food and drinks. However, the dining experience could be chaotic at times and in need of improvement. Overall, a mixed but decent stay.

The hotel is located quite centrally, not far from Monas and with easy access to the train station. The rooms, although requiring some refurbishment, offer a nice view. The service provided, especially by the friendly receptionist Mr Rinaldo, was top-notch. The dining experience was fantastic with a good variety of dishes. The hotel facilities were convenient, but there could be more attention to detail.
